Keith’s Superstores Summer Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sweepstakes Period

The Keith’s Superstores Summer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on August 27, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Keith’s Superstores, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit any participating Keith’s Superstores location and scan the official Sweepstakes QR code to access the online entry form.

• Complete and submit the required information to receive one (1) entry.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
• Limit one (1) entry per person. Keith’s Superstores reserves the right to disqualify duplicate or fraudulent entries.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:

• 2025 Sea-Doo Spark
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000.00

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Keith’s Superstores reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

• The drawing will be conducted live on Keith’s Superstores Facebook and TikTok pages on August 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Central Time.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be announced during the live drawing and contacted using the contact information provided on the entry form. The winner may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted, a Publicity Release before receiving the prize.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize within the time specified by Keith’s Superstores, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, title, registration, licensing fees, insurance, and any other expenses associated with accepting and using the prize that are not specifically stated as being provided by Keith’s Superstores.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Keith’s Superstore, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Keith’s Superstores reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

9. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Keith’s Superstores, Monster Energy, and Coca-Cola’s officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Keith’s Superstores to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Keith’s Superstores privacy practices.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or TikTok.

13. Odds

Odds will be determined by the number of entries. It is limited to one per person, but no limit to how many people can enter.

14. Winners List

To obtain a list of the winners, interested individuals should mail a self-addressed stamped business envelope to: Winners List, Keith’s Superstores Summer Sweepstakes, 7048 Hwy 49 N, Hattiesburg, MS 39402.
